Classic Harness Openings, these are suited for strollers where the seat has several rows of visible slit openings.

Long Harness Openings,
these run vertically from top to bottom and open/close with Velcro in the center. They are designed for strollers where the shoulder strap height can be adjusted using a drawstring or similar mechanism.
