Universal-thickness footmuff
The footmuff has a windproof upper section, providing extra protection for your child against cold from above.
Most models come with a long zipper down the middle, extending to the foot area, making it easy to handle your child.
It features a closed foot end, which fits snugly around the stroller to help keep your child's feet warm.
Thanks to the drawstring fastenings, it’s easy to install and remove.
Since the footmuff often goes over the bumper bar and wraps around the stroller frame from the sides, it doesn’t retain heat as well as a full sleeping bag.
Footmuffs can also be used as an additional wind and cold protection layer over sleeping bags.
This is especially helpful for smaller babies, who are more sensitive to the cold during chillier seasons, and in modern strollers, which are often more open in the foot area. 
In warmer weather or for toddlers wearing snowsuits, the footmuff + seat liner combo is often the more comfortable and practical choice.
Sleeping bag
A sleeping bag wraps around the child’s body to keep them warm. There are different types — some open and close with a central zipper. Here's one of my very first sleeping bags. It features a separately sewn hood section and foot end, which don’t reduce the usable length of the sleeping bag, but instead extend its usability over time.🥰
2in1 Warm bags
A 2-in-1 sleeping bag means that the quilted top can be unzipped on both sides and fully removed.
This allows it to be used separately as a seat liner.
The quilt section is longer, and its top edge can be adjusted creatively.
It’s also possible to design it so that the head area can be drawn into a hood using an elastic drawstring.
2-in-2 Sleeping bag
The 2-in-2 sleeping bag has a separately sewn hood section.
Which adds warmth and also extends its usable life.
Because the hood is not drawn from the main body, no length is lost as the child grows.
The quilted top section is longer, allowing you to wrap it around the child’s shoulders, fold it down, or adjust it as needed.
