The material is skin-friendly and breathable cotton sweatshirt fabric. 
The ruffled tunic has an overall length of approximately 94 cm, falling just above the knees.
The maximum width of one side is 58 cm, meaning the maximum hip circumference is 116 cm. Corresponds to sizes L/XL.
Luckily, it's also possible to make narrower tunics. 
The tunic has a raglan cut, with small ruffles between the raglan seams on the back.
On the front, there's a cat, and on the back, a dragon (the guardian 😍) — a real gem 🥰
